Time Robbers
During the day, there are many events that take time away from us. Although we cannot always control these time robbers, we need to anticipate or adapt to some of them if we want to accomplish our tasks.

The three biggest time robbers are interruptions, procrastination, and poor planning. We can control procrastination and poor planning. We have to adapt to and deal with interruptions.
